Pollen is a bespoke French-Mediterranean restaurant offering an eclectic assortment of dishes that are progressive and natural focusing on seasonal produce and back-to-basic techniques.

Aquí was asked by Pollen to create Stories, a specially curated book for their sixth anniversary.

Inspired by the restaurant's philosophy of cooking accessible and genuine food from the heart, we wanted to keep things simple and let the layout and typography let the content and photography harmoniously speak for itself.
